The Express Catalytic Oxidizer is available
from 100-1000 SCFM and can be operated on either propane or natural gas. It is
our most economical offering and provides a good balance between capital
investment and operating cost. The Express features a stainless steel reactor,
heat exchange, high efficiency catalyst module and state of the art
controls.
The system is extremely user friendly, with single touch operation. An optional secondary air-to-water heat exchanger is available to pre-heat contaminated groundwater prior to treatment. |
| High Efficiency Catalytic Oxidizer
Our High Efficiency Catalytic Oxidizer is
the top of the line in remediation oxidizers. It's high efficiency heat
exchange provides for the lowest long term operating costs in the industry.
Some units have been in operation for almost 20 years.The system features heavy
duty stainless steel construction with a protective enclosure for improved life
span and silent operation, sate of the art temperature control and PLC
operation. The systems are available from 200-5000 SCFM with larger units
engineered upon request. The unit can be operated on either propane or natural
gas; electric pre-heat is optional. Chlorinated or fluorinated catalysts are
also available upon request.

The Flameless Catox is our most popular
system for the destruction of gasoline contaminated air streams. Catalytic
Combustion's Model 300E can process up to 300 SCFM of gasoline contaminated air
with a destruction efficiency of >99%. The Flameless Catox has the best
uptime percentage of any oxidizer on the market today. It's overall design is
compact and extremely efficient and requires only minimal electrical input to
maintain operation.The system can be manufactured with an integrated vacuum
extraction system or can be coupled to an exiting system. To date we have
manufactured over 300 Flameless Catox systems for environmental remediation
applications.

CC HD-Cat is the final solution when it
comes to chlorinated and fluorinated cleanups. No need to transport hazardous
materials, such as soil or carbon, off-site for disposal. The HD-Cat converts
the hazardous materials into carbon dioxide, water vapor and salt water.CC
designs and manufactures complete scrubbing packages ensuring seamless
integration.

The SRCO oxidizer was developed for
remediation projects with longer clean-up time requirements. It features an
integral high efficiency heat exchanger to keep supplemental energy consumption
to a minimum. The internal construction of the SRCO is AISI 304 stainless steel
for years of corrosion-resistant operation. The universal design of the SRCO
enables it to utilize either electric or gas for supplementary energy. Compact
design and superior insulation allow for minimal heat radiation losses for
lower operational costs. When the system is packaged with an InXair Vacuum
Extraction module, the typical space requirement is no larger than a single
parking space. The SRCO is available with our recently developed low
temperature oxidation catalyst (LTO).
![]() This catalyst can be operated as low as 500ºF and has a maximum temperature rating of 1100ºF. Programmable logic control with our exclusive touch key-pad operation has eliminated operator error and has become a standard in the Environmental Industry. Simply push "start" and the system operates unattended and will automatically adjust to changing site conditions. The SRCO utilizes a newly developed auto dilution system for soil venting remediation projects. The system automatically controls process and dilution air based upon maximum hydrocarbon loading for the oxidizer. As hydrocarbon concentrations drop over time, the exotherm package automatically adjusts for maximum loading until full process flow can be achieved. |
