Mid-Atlantic Environmental Equipment, Inc.
specializes in soil remediation systems and components tailored to your sites
specific needs. Each system or component is specifically designed for your
sites characteristics.
Mid-Atlantic Environmental Equipment, Inc
offers custom Soil Vapor Extraction Systems. There are a number of different
blower types that can be used; the choice ultimately depends on air flow rate,
vacuum, and other site specific considerations. The graph below shows the
vacuum ranges of each blower type. .

The two most commonly used blowers for soil
vapor extraction systems are regenerative and positive displacement.
Regenerative blowers are typically chosen for low to moderate air flow rates
and low to moderate vacuum requirements (0-5" Hg). Positive displacement
blowers are more commonly used for higher flow and vacuum applications (0-15"
Hg). Each system is skid mounted, pre-tested and pre-assembled and includes the
same basic typical components, with numerous options
available.

Mid-Atlantic Environmental Equipment, Inc
offers Dual Phase Extraction Systems in two different configurations. Each Dual
Phase Extraction System is manufactured to meet your specific requirements. The
determining factor behind the selection is the expected operating vacuum level.
Liquid ring pumps (oil sealed design) are most suitable for vacuum levels in
excess of 15 inches mercury (Hg). Positive displacement blowers are more
suitable for vacuum levels up to 15 inches Hg. The dual phase extraction
process involves the subsurface removal of air, water, and product. There are
many other pieces of equipment needed for a fully operational system that
addresses all phases of contamination.

Mid-Atlantic Environmental
Equipment, Inc offers Air Sparging Systems manufactured to meet your specific
requirements. There are a number of different system types that can be used.
The choice ultimately depends on air flow rate, pressure and other site
specific considerations. The most commonly used system types for Air Sparging
are positive displacement blowers and air compressors. There are two different
types of air compressors that can be used, rotary vane or rotary
screw

Our process is a unique pure oxygen mixing
system that generates stable dissolved oxygen levels up to 40 ppm. Systems are
automated and combine oxygenation and product application for full scale in
situ bioremediation. Using our oxygenation system in conjunction with our
biological products result in rapid subsurface cleanup of both soil and
groundwater.
