Our pumping systems cover a range of
application and flow requirement. Typical pumping systems include: free product
recovery, total fluids recovery and groundwater sampling. Pneumatic systems
provide excellent solutions for free product, total fluids and groundwater
sampling, while electric submersible pumps allow high flow total fluid
recovery.

MAE2 Oil/Water separators are a
gravity/coalescing designed for removal of free and finely dispersed oil
droplets, oleophilic media provides predictable oil removal, while allowing
solids settling. Performance: 10mg/L 30 micron free, dispersed and
non-emulsified oil droplets

Air stripping has become the preferred water
remediation technology for removal of organic solvents, chlorinated
hydrocarbons, fuel/gasoline hydrocarbons, degreasers, and certain other
volatile organic compounds (VOCs), because it is the most cost effective with
respect to initial, operating and maintenance costs.

MAE2 provides containerized and integrated
systems custom designed to your application. We will package any one or more of
our remediation components and provide a complete, fully assembled and tested
remediation system either in an enclosed trailer, steel frame building, cargo
container, wood sheds, or common steel base skids.
![]() The dual phase extraction process involves the subsurface removal of air, water, and product. The determining factor behind the selection is the expected operating vacuum level. Liquid Ring Pumps (15-29 Hg) and Positive Displacement Blowers (up to 15 Hg) are industry standards for dual phase extraction. ![]()

This process combines our incredible biological enhancements with a specialized
product application and oxygenation platform, Super-Ox™. The
Super-Ox™ system has been used to clean sites with petroleum, MTBE, home
heating oil and even creosote and coal tar quickly and cost effectively. The
Super-Ox™ system can also be used to augment an existing SVE or Dual Phase
Extraction system and where remaining or persistent contamination has prolonged
or prevented closure of the site.

options for water and vapor treatment. Vessels are specifically designed for
flow and pressure requirements and are constructed from a variety of materials
to match contaminant resistance characteristics.

treatment efficiency and flow. Systems designs include catalytic, thermal, dual
thermal/catalytic, flameless and flares. All systems can meet > 99%
treatment efficiencies and are specifically designed to your site flow and
contaminant loading.

MAE2 manufactures control panels for use
with our remediation/wastewater systems. Controls are designed and built for
each specific project. Relay, PLC and SCADA are common options. Each panel is
UL listed per the specific application.
Our media is designed to cover a wide range
of filtration applications including: solids filtration, iron & manganese
removal, gross oil removal, MTBE removal. Media types include: Birm, Athracite,
Greensand, Filter Lite, Sand and MTBE GAC
